RATIO, a.k.a. Ratio Band Arizona, was founded by Larry Rhymes. Larry's vision was to unite a group of exceptional musicians and offer audiences a soulful, unparalleled brand of live music and entertainment. RATIO is an entertainment band that plays a unique variety of R&B, jazz, blues, soul, reggae, latin, and pop. As the name "Ratio" indicates, the band performs a balanced repertoire of music that appeals to both “Old School” and “New School” audiences.

 

RATIO has built a strong following in the Valley and maintains an impeccable reputation as professionals who strive for excellence at every performance. Our core of professional musicians include Larry Rhymes on Bass; Guy Filippelli on Guitar; Emil 'Otie' McKown on Drums; and Omotunde Cedric Pusey on Percussions; and Ratio's featured vocalist is Raven Black. Featured artists include Brian Palmerino, Danny Major and Jerred 'Dirty Keys' on Keys; and Terry Anderson and Todd Sisk on Sax.
